It’s getting people to come together to meet each other’s needs, recognising that as humans, our survival is dependent on one another

We are continuing to provide support to vulnerable and elderly residents and those who are shielding. In addition to this, we understand there are more needs in the community, many that existed before the lockdown which have become more noticeable since the pandemic. These include mental health, wellbeing considerations, financial advice, support and activities for young people, digital inclusion, and fundraising to provide much needed support for those who are struggling. We have created infrastructure and targeted streams to focus on and address each of these areas, in order to provide as much support and assistance as we can to our community.
