"Brent Mutual Aid has been working closely with Brent NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) to support the NHS COVID-19 Vaccination Programme. We have approximately 130 volunteers who are trained and DBS checked to support this program. We are currently volunteering at Primary Care Network (PCN) sites, Pop-up clinics, GP surgeries where volunteers are able to assist from admin roles to coordinating patients from entry to exit of the site(s). However, we are equally prepared to take neighbours to vaccinations appointments across the majority of our wards if they need help.
